our BASIC RIGHTS to FREE SPEECH(Expression) and to DUE PROCESS.
FREE SPEECH(Major Violation)
Members of the press were told to choose by 5pm on October 14th, 2025.
At issue: The press must submit all pentagon related communications to the pentagon for approval before release to the public. Per AP news.
FREE SPEECH(Suggested By Trump)
On December 22, 2025, President Trump suggested pulling licenses of networks that are "almost one hundered percent negative" about him.

DUE PROCESS(Major Multiple Violations)
People are being rounded up, including children, from their streets and their homes.
Unmarked officers are depriving free speech to those taken into custody. There is no due process afforded them.

This whole situation is out of control. From the taking of people to private detention centers.
Untold millions have been spent locally on body cameras, for police officers to wear, so it can be shown that police officer actions are justified.

AT FAULT
The Republicans are in complete control of the Federal House of Representatives, the Federal Senate, the Presidency and have a 6 to 3 margin on the Supreme Court.
Almost every one of these Republicans fear losing their job if they go against the will of the administration.
